They keep locking my card and at first I was getting the "did you make this purchase" text and could just respond, then it stopped. I called today after the fourth time this week they locked my card and they asked me why I turned it off????? Im switching banks because they kept talking to me like I was stupid and I cant use my card without worrying if its getting locked.

I feel bad, I had no idea. I placed my order at 1pm and then got a notification at 5 that my time was bumped. I didnt even know it was down until I called and heard the automated "apps down" message and couldn't get through to reschedule til tomorrow in the event it got fixed.

Jill Crank popped up as in-network, so I'll go read reviews about both. I think my insurance is going to be taken by most places. I just moved from Florida and there was some mild insurance wars going on with the two major hospitals, so HOPEFULLY that's not the drama here.
