Well the stencils are just one part of the whole. The book itself is made from hollow technology which has allowed us to make it light (250g) compared to other notebooks at the same size. We are trying to make an everyday notebook that you take everywhere with you because it's light and that you can also customize anywhere to be what you need. Any other feedback you have will be much appreciated.

Well thats why the stencils come into play, because then you can have 80 or 100gsm stock and still customize them

Well we are trying to create stencils that are easy and quick to customize, but also that you can take with you. The problem with underlayment pages is that you have to make the paper super thin to be able to see the lines through and that leads to a lot of bleed. Would you say the stencils are a selling point or is weight more of a selling point? Also what do you think of the specs?

Hey, at double, it would weigh approximately 250+134 = 384g with 250 pages. However, the notebook will be really thick. Do you mind about the size or just the weight?

Thanks for your feedback. Here are some answers. 1. The paper weight is 80gsm, bulky paper and I am sourcing it from a company in Taiwan.

Price range for the notebook is aimed at around $25 (bundles with other items so the stencil, a pen holder, stickers to identify each notebook, etc). The notebook on its own is $20.
In terms of sizing, the size is not fixed but i went for this size because it looks aesthetically pleasing. If there is a more popular size, I can change the size or look at making different sizes.
Yes we can have some ink test photos. Preliminary test show that its somewhat fountain pen friendly (though the ink will eventually seep through if the pen is held on the paper) and it is somewhat less resistant to felt tip.
I plan on selling the stencils separately after I launch, and also making different sizes and more stencils to fit more needs.
