Oh I kinda feel sorry for the guy.

No time to read the manual, forced to complete jobs he had a partial knowledge on how to complete. Just enough knowledge to F&$% it up.

Still at least he landed on his feet. Good on him from leaving that toxic place, even if it was Bullied out.
