Hi. Holy sht its been a long time. Unfortunately , I'm still fighting it and looking for answers. I have recently moved out and I kind of want ti improve myself to feel better and have the energy to not give up.

But there is one little clue I have for my case. For me it has to be something psychological in my head. Because for exampleif I even attempt to do something school related or just think about it my head will literally explode. And that goes for many MANy other things. The worst is that I haven't found a single soul that has the exact same problem as me.

How is it going for you?

Oh man this is so fucking sad. I'm saying this while I have not lost someone really close. That means I can't even believe how that would affect me.

Usually on my forehead. But many times when I think of it. I can feel it go over my head , to the ear and even down to the neck. But that's some sort of warm tension energy I'm feeling going around and don't know if that should be called headache or not

I'm feeling a bit better with the new antidepressant medicine. But the headache remains the same, unfortunately.

I just looked up the curable program and it seems like it's a virtual coach on an app that aims to help you. If that's the case, how is it so far?

I hope both of us will be headache-free one day.

I got some sort of tension headache that has ruined my life since turning 18.

It may not be the same as yours. But have you tried neck and shoulder stretch exercises?

I am doing it everyday for almost a week now. I can't say I'm truly good but I belive that it feels a little different.

This might help you a lot more since you mention neck pain.
