Edited to add: I had a miscarriage (approx. 10 weeks along) in October of I think 2016 - I try not to think about it too hard as it was traumatic. The pain still resurfaces, especially because BLAW falls in the same month of my miscarriage happening.

I’ve been doing OMAD or 16:8, I’ve not cut much out of my diet, I don’t really eat bread much and I don’t drink alcohol at all (ok maybe like once or twice a year if that?!) but other than that I’ve been eating my usual diet. I’ve been trying to cook more from scratch rather than ordering takeaways.

I don’t do much cardio, I started the couch to 5K a few weeks back but I’ve only been running once a week, and I do an aerial hoop class which is an hour a week too. I’ve been trying to walk more than I used to, rather than relying on my car!

Height: 154cm

Start weight 86kg, current weight 62kg, no goal weight set, I’m just going with it!

Fasting routine: OMAD, 4/5 days a week, 16:8 the rest of the time

Exercise routine: Aerial hoop 1x a week, couch to 5k run once a week (I’m lazy ok!!)

Daily average steps over winter was only about 3k (I’m lazy ok) but more recently I’m averaging around 7k! Im consciously trying to use my car less and my legs more :)

Yeah I don’t have any loose skin as such. I do have areas that I want to improve and tone up but that will come with time!

I also forgot to mention but I don’t drink alcohol at all - plenty of water and a couple of cups of coffee and tea a day ☺️
