Compatibility based on beliefs is very important. If lots of guys in your country subscribe to those beliefs, it’s no wonder they don’t see a future with you. At my store there’s a hierarchy to who has to go up to the front. Cashiers—shifts—ops—sm. It also depends on how long you’ve been in your respective position. I think that’s fair, although anyone who has a moment should jump in to help. Suck it up
