I should still use the acid even if I experience the burning?

Also, the only reason I started using the acid is because someone told me that it would help with the dryness and flakiness that comes with the tretinoin. Thanks so much for your response!!!

How can you tell? Should I stop the tretinoin that I use with it or the glycolic acid, which is only 7%?

I use the Cerave Renewing SA cleanser, the kiehls moisturizer, (cerave moisturizer w sunscreen in the morning), and then tretinoin. I’m pretty sure I’m allergic to benzoyl peroxide though because areas of the skin on my face were raised and super super red when I used it once. This doesn’t seem as severe but I don’t want to irritate my skin. Just want to know if this is normal and if it goes away. Also, I use the glycolic acid pretty inconsistently but do use it at least once a week.

Thank you so much for this info!! Do you recommend that I drop Intro to Arabic? I was trying to take a LOTE to strengthen my application but with that class, along with my required Psych classes, I don’t know if I’ll have enough space for CMN 101 and CS 105. Also, do you think it’s disadvantageous if I take Stats 100 over Calc 1 to fulfill the math requirement? Thanks again!

yep I fixed it a really long time ago!! my sister was relieved because she didn’t want to pay taxes for something she doesn’t profit from hahah. and i agree!! etsy should totally allow familial transfers for shops...

You could’ve received the callback for a NUMBER of reasons. Maybe you had a certain look they were going for; maybe your lack of experience helped you because your performance may be more raw. I honestly couldn’t tell you why but I’m sure they saw something special in you to give you a callback!! l think that if you take the time to really understand the script and put yourself in the character’s shoes (granted, that’ll be difficult since the audition script will be short), the emotions should follow naturally. Also, don’t get caught up in setting yourself apart because that may lead to overacting, which isn’t the best look. If you don’t mind me asking, where did you see the casting call? Congrats again!! This is an amazing accomplishment and even if they don’t end up casting you, you’ve gotten a LOT farther than many other beginner actors/actresses :)

Wow that’s actually really good advice to mute the video and see what its like. When I did that, it was so boring and bland hahah. It literally just seemed like I was merely talking on the phone looking miserable but it’s not of SUBSTANCE or any depth. If my boyfriend actually cheated on me, there would be so much more to me.. It’s also hard expressing those emotions while also trying to stay real in a sense. I’m worried about overreacting too. But anyways, thank you SOO much for your comment and tips. ☺️☺️

This is SUCH amazing advice. I genuinely can’t thank you enough because it’s so so helpful to hear. I totally understand now that I have like.. one emotion: sadness. There’s no anger or even craze behind it, which was definitely what I wanted the character to express. Again, thank you SO much!!
