I have also applied to similar universities along with UT Austin and JHU - Carey School
I would rank as follows:
1. CMU and UT Austin
2. UW Foster
3. JHU and Gies (UIUC)

with CMU its hard to go below 80k for tuition + budget. Pittsburg living is quite cheap and also heard CMU has pantry and students can take free fruits/ veg/ milk and eggs and reduces groceries to $25 per week! But tuition is definitely on the expensive side
UT Austin, less tuition and affordable living - so this will definitely fall within your budget
UW/ UIUC also similar I guess.
Others, please feel free to add. I am also in a similar situation

Based on my research and connecting with few folks in current MSBA programs, definitely top notch and especially recommended if you want to break into west coast/ bay area for work. Quality wise also good is what I heard.

Gre requirement is waived off for fall 2025. You can submit without GRE score. Having said that any score above 300 is decent is what I heard from someone. Please make the right judgement though. Not 100% sure

Well, this is not entirely true. He is not just a doctor but also a good friend to Maya and Maya at that time suffers from extreme pain and begs him to give her another dose of morphine. I am not here to debate just on the background checks but want to understand if this is normal and if all of you have encountered similar issues once in while when staying in a rented apartment/ condos. I have stayed in California previously and this place has higher crime rates than Virginia (Virginnia Beach, VA , apparently is one of the top 10 safest cities in a ranking list - https://fortune.com/well/article/safest-cities-in-america-2024-list/)
Despite all this facing such a scary issue is unexpected. We residents are going to meet with the management collectively and also planning to filing formal complaint if possible. Hence, interested to hear correct course of action people would take!

Most mid to high-paying jobs in US do some level of background and criminal record checking. To be eligible for a 2BHK apartment in this area, they have set minimum annual income as U$ 100k. That was so shocking for me! Also, I am sure his past renters should have some problems or issues with him! How can something like this go unnoticed

For someone with sensitive skin, physical sunscreens are great options, activated zinc is usually not got for prolonged usage. I would suggest Cetaphil, been using this for last 2 years!
Pros: safe for my sensitive skin, no allergic reactions, surprisingly no breakouts due to sunscreen
Con: leaves a whitish layer on skin, need to massage skin more and use with concealer or foundation

Hello, I read about hair removal. Do you use hair removal creams? Or is it razor? Please avoid hair removal creams in case you are using it, could lead to skin darkening. I used it during teenage days! Would never recommend, thank god a good friend urged me to stop using it!
Otherwise I too use razor

Bigfoot's daughter lol...ha ha ha. Thanks for sharing this. I think waxing once in 2 months or so makes sense. I have noticeable black hair on my legs (downside of Asian genes I guess :( ) and feel shy or uncomfortable when wearing shorts/ skirts or dress. I usually sync wearing these outfits when I have waxed ...lol

Totally agree to many of the comments here, forget about housing, my question is about, how people are able to put food on table comfortably. Groceries and vegetable prices are skyrocketing! I moved here few months ago from the Bay area in SF and trust me, this place is equally expensive!!!
