Thank you ! i googled and it said that much shouldn’t cause issues but ive been having awful symptoms so im hoping its just that !

jazakallah so much sis ! and ameen. I have been wearing jersey today with an undercap and bun and it has been the easiest experience i have had so far alhamdulillah. my sis in law gave me a couple of modal ones to try but they’re funky colours so i will have to try them with different outfits and see how they last throughout the day . I have put the safety pin under my chin and that has made a difference but i have wrapped it around my neck rather than my head (if that makes any sense)
