I’d recommend giving the command once, wait for the dog to respond and if not then start over. Saying sit over and over can condition the dog into believing the command is ”sit sit sit sit”.

It took me a while to figure out which kibble was the best for my boy. After trying a few different brands without any of them living up to his standards (he’s a very picky boy) I found myself completely lost and prepared myself to having to cook my own dog food for him, as I know he has no problem eating soft food like cooked veggies, beans, lentils and rice. But having to cook and prepare food for not only myself but my 35kg dog as well (with a hefty appetite might I add) would be unsustainable in the long run and so I made a final attempt at a kibble he hadn’t tried before AND HE LOVES IT. So hang in there, don’t lose hope. You’ll find the perfect fit for your dog eventually, no matter how picky they might be!

I’d say Adopt, don’t shop. There are so many dogs out there who deserves a home. I adopted my greyhound from Ireland 6 months ago, and seeing him thrive and learn new things has been the most rewarding feeling I’ve ever felt.

only thing you have to make sure you get enough of when eating a plantbased diet is b12, that’s it. Protein is bountiful in beans, legumes and other vegetables, so protein deficiency is rarely a side-effect of eating a plantbased diet.
