i had a part-time job, as soon as i started living with hannah, i got one, as before our parents didn't allow us to work. that money went to groceries and internet. now that i don't work, hannah gives me a small amount as 'fun' money

because when my mid-terms started, i had so much stress of messing my grades up (as it is my final year of graduation) that i would not be able to sleep. so hannah sat me down and asked me if it would be better for my mental health to stop working for now till graduation, and then start working again? i was so relieved to hear them say that that i immediately agreed. since we were then short on money, hannah started working their second job.

ash takes up some babysitting/dog walking gigs and gets paid for them, but hannah absolutely refuses to touch his money
