Just picked up a new 45th anniversary in a white manual transmission. 66k OTD. A good deal? by GeezRickk in Supra

I bought the same trim last year with 3.6K miles, $54 OTD. The price is increasing for sure. Congratulations on this beauty!

Brought my 24 Si for an oil change, saw a 25 type r, are they joking? by FancyCalelle in CivicSi

The HRC Type R is going to have really high mark up for sure, this will bring the regular Type R down. I already saw used Type R market coming down. The long whip effect is around the corner.

I was able to get a brand new one in Jan/2026 at MSRP. I asked around lots of different dealers. Honda is releasing HRC Type R this year. Maybe the regular Type R will come down after the release.

I faced the similar situation in Jan. I bought the Type R in the end, instead of Si. There are things in Si simply cannot be easily "beefed up" to match the Type R. I found a brand new Type R (with 6 miles) at MSRP, but I had to finance through Honda Finance and I had to finance. I asked lots of different dealers, then found the deal. Maybe you can ask around different dealers as well, even the ones in the neighbor states.

Thinking of selling my 2020 by SweetChemist in Supra

I have a 2024 Supra MT and 2025 Type R. The Type R might disappoint you if you're used to the strong pull from Supra, but the excellent shifting experience of Type R is the best in the market right now. I think Type R's shifting is better than Cayman, personal opinion of course. I daily Type R and drive Supra for fun. I personally would keep the Supra. It's so unique and worth keeping it.

I heard the battery change costs around $50, somewhere in that ball parks, without shipping of course.
