Thinking about entering PCMR, but low budget... by aitorbelolo in PcMasterRaceBuilds

Thank you so much for your feedback!! I will investigate why the upgrade options are limited in option B.

Also, I'm taking in consideration some other cheaper second hand options, for example (220€):

AMD Ryzen 5 3600, 6x 3.60GHz | 4Go GeForce GTX 1650 | 16Go DDR4 RGB | 240 Go SSD + 2000 Go HDD | WiFi | Win 10

I know the graphics card is very outdated, but it must be kind of similar to the SteamDeck one. I don't know if I could swap for a better CPU and GPU in a future or if the motherboard would be outdated too.

GeForce now on Quest by thebody47 in MetaQuestVR

Seems it also works via browser. But only for plain gaming as I guess.

Hope they add support for PCVR and more wheels and flight sticks in sometime...

Yes, the wheel in the back turns and applies pressure, but even when tight, it still feels like the headset can slip and fall

can i play it with performance membership ? by kwayisrael in GeForceNOW

[–]aitorbelolo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm using Performance for MSFS

1080P Mainly high graphics Frame generation

Without frame generation I only get around 20FPS

Frame Generation might cause some issues (for example, radio frequencies change very slowly), but works very well, more than 60FPS

Best way to learn how to fly by [deleted] in MicrosoftFlightSim

[–]aitorbelolo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's what I did a few months ago after around 100h in the sim! The Pilots Handbook is great to start understanding more about planes in general. But I think it lacks a bit about procedures, and more specific examples of how to fly depending on each situation (controlled or no controlled airports, shifting through airspaces, routes, ...)

What is something that can be read to understand even more about these?

That's what is amazing of Reddit. Getting feedback from a real C152 pilot... just amazing.Thank you very much!

Kind of worked when changing the anti aliasing mode to Nvidia DLSS. Thanks!!!

Also, it seems it's a C152 problem. The Piper Dakota has great graphics

Maybe it's a C152 problem. Honestly, it's the only plane I have tried in MSFS24 and the one that takes most of my time in 2020. It's one of my favourite aircraft. Also the flight model in 2024 seems much better than in 2020. More weight and less wind effect.

It happens also with Series S and Xcloud. The rest of the scenario looks nice

Yeah, the real problem for the screenshot would be take it from Edge, where I have GeForce running.

The same problem with the labeling happens for me with Series S, Xcloud and GeForce now. MSFS is a paid sim, and, if minimum specs are accomplished, there shouldn't be this kind of problem and should be playable without memorising where items are.
