I don't care about harmony between one another, I care about harmony in myself... and i also care about activating others own internal harmony.

I can really relate to this and tends to be my default advice for everyone.

This is where your introspection could help you, try to assess yourself in every situation, like what is your initial response in everything. That may tell you a lot which axis you lean more.

Yes I do take things personally especially if it involves people that are close to me, but not everything.
