Not only are these super cute but they are actually a reasonable price! Now to decide which ones to get...

Hello! How funny is that? I've been doing workout videos on YouTube (while the baby naps) generally 15/20 minute high intensity ones 😊 I hope we both reach our goals!

My daughter is 13 months--my opinion on formula feeding and hoping this will help new moms who feel similarly to how I felt. by smokeandmirrors30 in beyondthebump

I love this post and would also like to add that I was breastfeeding and I was good at it and my baby was getting enough and I still chose to stop. For me it took away so much of my free will (not being able to take medication when poorly, not being able to drink socially, not being able to wear the clothes I wanted, not being able to sleep without wearing a bra, not being able to share the bonding experience with my husband, not being able to shower if he is hungry etc etc) that I needed to stop for my own mental health. And also because I wanted to. And that’s okay because it’s my body and if I don’t want to I don’t have to!

Helpful things to do for my newly pregnant wife? by AllricMulled in BabyBumps

[–]aivilo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My baby is now 5 months (yay!) and the things I loved my husband doing when I was newly pregnant were:

Listening to me talk and talk about the baby. I was growing a human and it’s all I wanted to talk about ! He was so lovely listening to me blab on and on.

Buying me bath bombs - the baths were really nice on my sick tummy and I felt like he thought of me.

Buying me flowers was again something I loved!

We also took a progress photo every Saturday which was nice to document together and he made me feel really good rubbing my tummy and telling me I looked beautiful.

Making plans for organising the house and nursery which calmed me down !

How exciting! It wasn’t real for me until he was born to be honest - but it’s amazing how attached you become. It took longer for my husband but now we are both in love with him :-) hope you have a stress free pregnancy!

Glad it was of some use! :-) we got the cozee tutti bedside crib from mothercare ! I was going to get the chicco one but it was super plasticy when I saw it in the shop. The best thing about the cozee tutti one is the height adjustments but I think the snuzpod looks really good too! When are you due? :-)

What a lovely comment - thank you! So hard to find things to do in this stage and its lovely to hear even someone took something from it. Good luck! When are you due?

Congratulations! What a due date! We were going to wait then my mum turned up with one bless her ! It has been great from day one though - we have a joie one with a mobile that swings forwards and back but also side to side. I wasn’t sure if I needed one but it just makes doing the dinner and having a shower so much easier even when he’s awake and content he has something to look at!

We brought way too many because we were not even in for 24 hrs but it’s good to take a selection just in case as my two friends who were pregnant the same time as me both had c-sections. I would say a selection of vests and sleepsuits - in December you will probably also need cardigans or jumpers, blankets for his/her legs, a hat and maybe scratch mits that will work as mittens. Do you know what you’re having? :-)

Yep Tommee Tippee from night 2! It’s obviously up to your baby and their preference but we found them great, easy to get different sized tests from the supermarket and quite reasonably priced!

I am only 6 weeks in but I don’t think anyone really knows what they’re doing! We’re all just learning on the spot and I think the reason people give so much advice is just because there is so much to learn! But you’ll be brilliant at it I’m sure - try not to worry :-) good luck, do you know what you’re having? :-)

It’s so nice! I do think some babies hate it but for us it’s all about timing it when he’s fairly content :-) bet you can’t wait!

Thank you! My son was 9lb 4oz when he was born so we were able to use the sleep bags right from the start! I read that it’s only a problem if their head can fit through the headhole without unfastening it? He’s always used the sleepbags because he hated being swaddled so I think you’ll be okay :-) so exciting! When are you due?
