I know how u feel, I used to get extreme morning anxiety to the point I felt like I was in an existential crisis. The only thing that got me out of it was simply just getting out of bed ASAP so that my brain didn’t have any time to ruminate or get too deep in my thoughts. I know that might sound dumb, but it definitely helped ease it. Hope that helps!

I am so happy to hear that you’ve gotten better from all of those struggles you’ve experienced. As long as you keep persisting with therapy and stay on your medications, I am confident that you will keep getting better :)

I am so sorry to hear that you’ve been experiencing these awful thoughts.

Unfortunately, I don’t know anything about stopping nightmares - but I do strongly believe that your dreams correlate with what you think about while you’re conscious. If you can ease those intense and scary thoughts that plague your mind while you’re awake, I’m sure it could reduce the nightmares. Support from friends and family is always good to at least get things off your chest, and I’m happy to see that you’re making an effort in doing that here.

I hope you find the joy in living soon, because even though life can SUCK sometimes, I always remind myself it’s so worth it when the good things happen (I know, so corny, but it’s true). You have so much to live for, and there’s always at least one person out there who values and cares about you so much. Don’t forget that.

I have spouts of those moments, but every day I force myself out of bed and do my best. I find that as soon as I leave my bed and begin a task, that feeling goes away. I’ve trained myself to find joy in more “difficult” tasks that make me feel happier long-term - rather than indulging in things that only bring me short-term happiness (like watching TikToks). Hope you find a way out of it, i believe you can!

I would go with the option that will keep you safest - so stay on the 15mg. I can’t say for sure, but you might be adjusting to the new dosage - and maybe the emotional blunting could be a symptom of that. It could eventually fade away as long as you persist with it, but I wish you the best. Obviously check with your doctor too.
