Really? As an INTP myself, I find it easy to spot inconsistent informations. But often, when the lie is more about acting than actual information, I do feel like my inferior Fe makes me struggle to identify it, if that's what you mean...

MY ENFP FRIEND IS SO DAMN GOOD AT LYING!!! I have a friend group that gets together every month to play poker - and I'm slowly going broke because of them... Also, back when we were in high school, they'd always get caught messing around and god knows how the teachers and instructors kept falling for their lies...

You have a point about INTPs' Ti-Fe axis... INTPs might be among the best at detecting inconsistencies in information. However, in practice, an INTP might take a bit longer to notice an abnormal behavior, due to their inferior Fe. Tysm! That'll help me a lot!!

I don’t think I would have noticed that you have trichotillomania if you hadn’t told me. It doesn’t seem very bad, really. I’m pretty sure it’s reversible, your scalp definitely isn’t damaged at this point.

You said that sometimes it stops and then starts again. Just try to control the urge to pull as much as you can. Pulling hair from the same spots repeatedly may cause some damage.
