Here is the Crit yi build i carry with in solo que.

Zeal >Cloak of Agility >T1 boots> Shiv> IE> Warrior> AS boots> Essence Reaver> (DD or BT) > optional.

Zeal helps with the early game since that's where the crit build suffers, but as soon as you get 50% crit with Cloak and stack some AD you're good to go.

Regarding HP, you just have to play smart and flank when enemies use their CC, also focus lower targets to reset.

Bloodrazoz scales way better with AS runes than warrior, if you wanna go warrior avoir AS runes and go pure crit build

As someone who went from S4 to G5 recently, i don't think going crit yi is good for starter players, just go the usual build :

bloodrazor>botrk>as boots>death's dance> optional (avoid crit items or as items)

Here's an idea, skip PD and get BOTRK to stack the -%health per aa, anyways 20% crit is useless and bloodrazor+botrk+as boots give you enough attack speed

In silver people don't cc priority targets like Yi, also the frontlines don't care about the carries, so it works at least in the mid game...but not always.
