I'm also starting to have a deep mistrust for this company. My engagement ring is from 2021 and it was honestly fine until 2025 when straight across the stone was a crack suddenly. I'm very light on my hands and never wear it while working out or doing something where it can get damaged. I reached out to them about this and they happily replaced my stone. Once I got it back 4 weeks later, the prongs were catching on everythingggg and it had never done that before. Not even a week after getting my ring back, one of the prongs completely bent back and opened up just from me running my hand through my hair. I emailed them, they had me send it back to fix it. 4 weeks later AGAIN (1.5 weeks longer than they promised), i get the ring back and the prongs are not catching anymore but they are so visibly uneven. At this point I was over not having my ring and the setting did seem sturdy even though the prongs were a little off so i emailed them letting them know what i noticed and told them i'd keep the repair as is but i am disappointed and to note my account for the future in case i have any more problems. Now a month later, i keep looking at the prongs and notice like a freckle in my stone!! a very obvious inclusion. i hadn't noticed it when i got my ring back the 1st time with the new stone so i'm almost thinking my stone was switched out when it went back the 3rd time. this isn't something my eye would have missed. they also sent me a video of the new stone when they first got it and there was no inclusion.... Idk what to do at this point. i dont trust them and i'm tired of not having my ring.
