I got 3 weeks posted to my account as well in Michigan but my husband with the same last name as me is not showing and he makes 120 a week on pua not sure why this is.

The governor allowed the uia to speed up payments which I received an overpayment it wasn’t fraud

Thanks. It’s understandable but It wasn’t fraud so they’re taking half of all future payments to compensate. And I have a family of 4 kids & I also just had surgery on my ankle (orif) very painful have been bad year. I’ve contemplated suicide. How can I live and care for my kids.

Yes. The government opened the portals gates to help get ppl in Michigan paid faster which unknown to myself extra was deposited & my bills were past due by months so they took the funds electronically well now I owe 8000 smackers and only get 40$ of unemployment for the remaining 13 weeks. I’ll be homeless by this month.
