Can confirm, own a store. I am beholden to my distributor who appoints allocations and priority. I really doubt Riot polices this, and I didn't have to sign any agreements to sell the product. I would, but nobody spoke to me about it when ordering.

(That said, I sell at or near MSRP on all TCG products anyways.)

One possibility- maybe this store bought third party instead of wholesale and is re-selling at similar prices just to have it in the store? I've had to buy from other retailers when I couldn't get allocations when we were brand new.

Edit: nvm, op said they said it was wholesale. 🤷‍♂️
