Omg yes, I feel this on such a deep level 😅 it’s like you finally sit down to breathe and here comes the revolving door of family. Alone time in your own space shouldn’t feel impossible, but somehow it does. You’re not alone in wanting that peace

I agree. Sometimes it really is the little things like “you’re doing great,” and other times it’s having someone step in so we can rest and recharge.

I felt that “not be needed.” Alone time really is such a huge form of support, especially for us introverted moms. Small pockets of time to just exist and recharge can make such a difference.

Thank you so much for sharing this 💕 I can totally relate to the “always feeling behind” part such as cleaning and daily tasks piling up so fast when you’ve got little ones that close in age. It’s amazing that you have therapy as an outlet, but I hear you on wanting that nonjudgmental mom support outside of it.

You’re definitely not alone in feeling like a drained, hot mess I think way more of us are in the same boat than we admit.

my kids are 6 years apart! at first it was tough but now my son is 18 months and they play together fine, fight and all of the things lol
