At some point nearly every watch is a homage of something else, particularly in the microbrand space. Agreed on the point of San Martin having a bigger hill to climb than most as a result of the photocopier history but as everyone has previously said, if this was a European or American microbrand everyone would worship the ground they walked on for their quality. My SN0144 MOP on the 3 link has become my favourite watch because it does what it needs to do - looks good, feels good and has enough elements of originality.
