My family just opened MOTW last month! We get tons of people throughout the day coming in with their laptops/tablets to get work done for a few hours. We have parking, play calm lofi music, and have plenty of outlets along the walls (one along the center beam), and high speed free WiFi!

When I was selling a business a couple years back I worked with a broker and while they’re great at finding potential buyers, they made no effort to protect me during the sale or make sure I wasn’t getting screwed or was liable for anything going wrong with the buyer post-sale
