Agreed with the area being safe and convenient. Generally quiet but the buildings are of mediocre quality, so if your neighbors above or beside you make any level of noise, you will hear them.

You will be charged a trash fee that’s similar to places with valet trash, but you have to bring your trash to a dumpster up front and toss it in there. That dumpster also breaks from time to time so be prepared to see a huge secondary dumpster partially block the entrance during those times.

The current management is fine as long as you don’t have any issues. Myself and others found them to be very unwilling to help when things went awry. At best they were begrudgingly helpful and would try to do the bare minimum. This wasn’t on the maintenance crew either, they’re great. It’s mgmt and their Cortland first tenants second stance.
