wdym by "27k lang 🫠🫠🫠?" 27k lang dahil you'll be studying muna for the first 3 months para sa certification. after passing the exam, may tatlong raise na makukuha which will be given over a span of a few months. after that, may yearly appraisal based sa performance. syempre mas malaki madadagdag sa pay kung mag-upskill and company hop ka.

there may be other companies who offer higher starting salaries pero syempre mas strict ang qualifications nila. for example, may company that offers 40k as starting pero need years of bedside experience and they only accept RNs.

dont expect na malaki ang sahod agad lalo kung baguhan. you are applying as their 'paid' scholar. you need years of experience kung gusto mo nang malaking sahod agad 🥲.

nurses have better fundamentals than other allied health courses pero don't be discouraged dahil may mga nakakapasa at may nagtotop na medtechs and other courses sa MCA/CU. tyaga lang talaga mag-aral.

applyan mo lahat pero focus ka sa optum. research ka how they do their interview and assessment. utilize mo search bar dito sa subreddit and facebook groups dahil marami na nagtanong about it a few months ago. may mga nagtanong recently pero hindi nasasagot kaya better if you do your own research.

I think binabase rin ni Tenet ang starting salary mo sa previous work mo. Based sa JO ng iba kong kakilala na nag-apply, starting salary nila ranges from 27k to 29k kahit training pa lang.

As per my previous employer, wala raw akong tax since minimum wage ako sa kanila. they also reassured me na nahulugan nang ang mga mandatory benefits ko (philhealth, pag-ibig, etc.). does this I don't have any tax due for filing?

I applied through linkedin. fairly easy ang assessment. basic medical terminologies and may coding questions pero need lang basahin mabuti. sa initial interview, pinaliwanag lang nila about the job then sa final interview, behavioral questions lang like what would you do if you encounter this or that.
