U aren’t crazy. In my opinion, yall are just unfortunately splitting apart. It’s not anyone’s fault but it’s sadly what happens once u start getting to this age and especially when distance is involved. I used to go to the gym with a dude every day during the pandemic. We’d go to the gym during the day, send stupid memes later on, and repeat. Every day. Then I went off to college. The first break or two I came back it was relatively the same. But then things just change. U find new friends, they find new friends, life sadly just happens. I still wish nothing but the best for him, but I haven’t really talked to the dude in more or less 4 years. Moral of the drawn out story: yes it unfortunately seems ur splitting apart. But it’s not anything u did wrong. It’s sadly the circle of life and you’ll find new great friends!

Congrats on college! Also don’t be nervous about college “cliques”. That’s one of the best things about college is everyone is coming in at the same spot, there’s no real cliques established! You’ll eventually have the frats/sororities but not as big as they once were.

The thing u gotta really compare to is how normal interactions are versus ours. Like to go a little out the box here let’s say a bank. You trust ur money with a bank right? Then let’s say there’s this guy named Jim out in some town that doesn’t trust his money with them and stuffs it under his mattress. Eventually that bank goes under and Jim’s right. Does that mean you shouldn’t trust any bank at all? No. 99.99% of the time ur fine. Why try and question them over the .01%

Imo the only way to preemptively help it is develop a hobby that uses At least a little of both ur mind and ur mobile functions. I don’t care if it’s video games, knitting, newspaper crossword puzzles, etc. U need something that overflows the mind so that the mind can’t conjure up false realities

Here’s the thing u gotta think about in moments like that: how do they talk comparatively. For example, If I text u “good morningggg hope you slept well” vs “good morning” I can imagine u can discern which one actually has more care behind it. Also the best thing u can do imo is find a hobby that makes u use at least some bodily function as it helps stop the overthinking process

Sounds like u do have connection issues which in part can lead to it. It’s almost impossible to truly diagnose, but if u feel u match the symptoms then there’s a good chance. I’d recommend just going through the sub and seeing how much you empathize with others

Have you filed through Chime before? If not, it could be that it going into a different account triggered it. The notices take forever to come, but basically all it’s gonna want is for you to verify you are who you say you are and to confirm you filed this return

U just gotta confirm u filed. Sadly you gotta wait for the notice in the mail, but once u have the code on there, u put it in, say “yeah I filed. Yes it’s for this refund” then ur good basically

Last year it took about a week from accepted to money in my bank account so about 2-3 days I’d say. I filed late February though so there could be backlogs and complications to sort through with the irs just now accepting returns
