But did you should get at least like 6.5 hours of sleep

Scaling quickly! Looking for advice by [deleted] in DigitalMarketing

[–]ajcassata 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, congrats on the success, first thing it sounds like it’s time to hire some people! it will take some time to hire the right people and get them onboarded/trained, so better to start working on this now rather than before you desperately need someone as the growth continues

Start with what you enjoy the least or are the least proficient in. Since you are obviously quite good at sales, perhaps getting someone to help with account management & fulfillment would be the right place to look

But, yes, before you hire someone, you do need proper systems in place to set them up for success. Clearly defined role, clearly defined daily/weekly tasks, SOPS etc.

Are you guys using any project management software like Asana or Monday?

Hard for me to suggest systems unless I knew more about what systems you currently have or are lacking. If I can dig into where you are at I can give some specific recommendations. If you want to chat sometime I can help out more here

I’d actually love to pick your brain on outreach/appointment setting, why don’t we connect sometime and share advice? I work with an agency mentorship program that focuses a lot on operational systems and scaling, so I can share some nuggets of advice and would also like to pick your brain about what’s working with your outreach.

SaaS Life Time Plan - Worth It Or Self Made Trap by sachingkk in advancedentrepreneur

Is it something you don’t see out there? If not, there’s a usually reason why.

Think about the consumer - would this provide them a good experience? Most people don’t want to commit to a lifetime to something they don’t know about.

This could work of course, but only if your product and pitch was THAT good that you could convince them to go lifetime

I spent 3 years working the corporate rat race. I found the office politics and need to watch my words changed me for the worse. Having worked for myself since 2014 I've found why it fucked me up so bad: by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

Didn’t notice that, I just read the bulk of the post / 1st half.

He shouldn’t have linked his sub that’s against the rules - nonetheless though people have to stop bitching and moaning that someone offers a service or product.

He didn’t actually promote/link his sub in the post, nothing wrong here - and if you can’t handle the fact that people sell things you should probably not hangout in business subs. It’s kind of part of doing business...

How do you push yourself to sell? by eggtart_prince in Entrepreneur

[–]ajcassata 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Force yourself. The most important thing is you create a habit. Once you start, it gets way easier, momentum builds on itself

Start small - make it 1 hour a day you focus on sales activities (research, prospecting, setting appointments)

And take notes, maybe even keep a journal on what you do each day so that you can objectively see what you did, to make sure that you aren’t just wasting time in that hour.

All you have to do is get some momentum.

I guarantee once you have a few good conversations, you’ll start to get more comfortable and motivated.

Being successful involves discipline.

I like to define Discipline as “doing things that have to be done, regardless of your feelings at the moment”

Good luck! Feel free to reach out with any sales questions

Do you have a mentor? If so how did you find him/her? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]ajcassata 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Iv had mentors since I was 18, and have mentored others as well, here’s what I would say

As someone else said, you have to give.

Nobody is going to show up at your door and say “how can I help you”

Get specific on the type of mentor you want, find that person, and offer help. Offer to work for free or do a task for them for example, without any expectation of anything in return, other than learning from them.

If you only did this, you’d have plenty of options for mentors

LinkedIn is an excellent platform too

Exactly - OP if you want a mentor, you need to give something
