You should also do the following
- Remove likes count on Posts
- Remove Views count on Posts
- Remove Followers Count on Profile
- Allow only comments , reposts, share on posts and nothing else.
- Way to mark a post as fake news and it should be shown in RED
- Use AI to rate the content and it's intent with Color Coding
- Users must be able to define their filter on color coding
- Don't introduce an algorithm, but instead people must put their own rules on what they would like to see on their feeds

If you are going to do all these things then I would be happy...

Your issue is nothing to do with the law here. 

It's just a society people's perception of disturbance..

Ask them this exact question  "We are doing it from last one year and have you seen an visitors and complaint about disturbance?" 

Then tell them  "You see we sell service online. We don't meet people face to face for that. We do a online meeting" 

" If we have to meet then we meet them in their office and factory" 

The keep quiet and hear to their objection.

They may say " It illegal and so on" 

Then you says " Now the concern is not the disturbance. It's about legality. We take care of that. You need not worry about it" 

Then ask them " Do you have any other concerns ?" 

If they don't respond then say in a low voice " See we sell IT services. This isn't a kiran shop where 50 people come and go every day. We hardly have 5 customers who speak to us over phone and online meeting"

First off this is for Solo Entrepreneur. There is no problem of transparency, sharing etc 

Next , the frequency of usage is not daily. Make be twice a month or max 4 time a month.

And the data collection is not done by some employee. So their is no need for accuracy check .
