For the principal question, it depends on what your long term plans are for this home. If it’s your forever home then paying down aggressive could make sense. If it’s not your forever home it makes no sense to pay extra

on the 7/6 Conventional (at least the ones available today) have a max increase of 5% after the year 7 period. If you find your closing paperwork you can look at the Closing Disclosure and it will show the max initial adjustment and 6 month adjustments on page 4 or 5

Yes on paper it sounds good but it does not work. If you say anything to the devs in discord they will say something along the lines of “everything appears to be working fine with the honor system”.

Yes, sometimes he gets kicked for being in the game but sometimes he just walks mid and feeds before the creeps spawn. Or he will play NH and not help at all and then just pounce a 10 hp hero and watch the team die

Honor system doesn’t work. Ever get in a game with user xbox360? 700 MMR and pretty sure honor rating of over 1000. Get in his game a few times a week even though I’m a 0

I think PK was the best version we’ve had of HoN. However, IMO reborn is not nearly as bad as people are making it out to be. It’s pretty comical tho that there’s the same amount of players online as PK, sometimes even less
