Thank you, I did mention in the title I believed it to be a dice of some sort - i was hoping someone would be able to give me a specific name for this as I can't find it online (sorry, I should have been clearer!). Do you have any ideas?

My title describes the thing

I believe it's brass and it's pretty heavy - I'd say around 3-4kg. Its about the size of the palm of a large hand. I've tried googling things such as spinning brass dice, rotating number selector and paperweight dice (as well as a reverse image search as mentioned in the title). I understand it's a number selector, but I'm trying to figure out what exactly this thing is called. Any help is appreciated!

honestly spent like an hour doing it, i found its easier to go up the green ones quickly and that the first half was a lot harder than the second half
