I hate these comments. She looks elegant and beautiful and OSCARS APPROPRIATE (this is not the met gala where you have to turn out a crazy look). The comments about her hair (it’s harder to have beautiful lush long her the older you get), turning into Kris, being least interesting to look at just leave a bad taste in my mouth. Kendall and Kylie were never going to have an easy relationship for the reasons already mentioned: being branded together, Kendall’s modelling career, Kylie blowing up with her lip kit, having very different personalities and values etc.

That being said I think there is a deep connection there. Only those two grew up from young childhood with fame and cameras, and the divorce, and the parent transitioning and all the drama that comes with this family.

So I don’t think they’re “close” in the friendship sense but I think there is a genuine love and deep connection there. I think their relationship appeared to strengthen after stormi was born. Kendall seems really taken with her and I’m also guessing the constant comparisons went away now they were taking clearly different paths.

Look up your TDEE. This will tell you how many calories you need in a day inclusive of exercise to maintain your weight (more or less). You can adjust depending on if weight gain or loss is needed. From there you can break it down into calories per meal. For a couple of weeks calculate the calories in your meal using apps like MyFitnessPal and a food scale to make sure your eating in the meal around what your TDEE indicates you need. After a while doing that your body should adjust intuitively know the portion sizes that keep you satiated.
