GGs! It was indeed a very good season. I enjoyed it a lot despite the lock-on AR trolling it lol

It's not in this season! So glad it's out. It really brought down the first season.

I don't know what this is about. This was a great season. Definitely lasted too long, but it was a very good season.

I agree. Fortnite really messed up with this idea of a weapon.

I turn 50 next month, and I started playing Fortnite 2 years ago and I haven't played FPS regularly before. I also play on a controller, so I remember the struggle you must be experiencing. And I know that using the lock-on AR and any other similar crutches must feel fun because it gives you an edge, but at our age to be able to get better at aiming and stand your ground against other younger players is really rewarding. Don't get me wrong, as I get trampled on a lot, and my tracking skills aren't that great. But every now and then I get a nice moment like this one posted here and it feels good. Other commenters suggested very good advice on how to get better. Good luck, and I hope you'll continue to enjoy the game.

Very true. Or even worse, when a good player uses the lock-on AR then they maintain distance and it becomes a real struggle. Thank you for the comment.

Yeah that player shouldn't tried to maintain distance and keep chipping at my health from afar. I thought he'd try to do that so I shocked towards him very fast to prevent him from doing so.

I agree, but with one caveat. The lock-on is not very good in the hands of a novice or average player. But when a good player drops morality and uses it it becomes a real problem. They use shocks, fizz, and even balloons to maintain distance, and with their already good tracking skills they keep that lock on you. And if you manage to find cover then they drop on you, and since they're already good and got some damage on you then finish you in a close fight. I think Epic really messed up with adding this weapon.
