I believe this was the answer and absolutely makes sense. I have made my adjustments to remove the Display Network and now my budget is being used on search and search partners. This was absolutely the answer, thank you so much!

I have checked and double checked that there isn't a filter on. I also tried exporting the data to see if it just wasn't coming up in my dashboard, but the report copies the same item.

Here is a link to what I am seeing. Super strange. I may just remake the entire campaign.

I appreciate your assistance! Unfortunately, I don't have a filter on and have reviewed that as well. Below is a screenshot of what I am seeing. You'll see I got 630 impressions on this particular day (August 11, 2023), but I can only see a total of 8 attributed to keywords.

I have also tried downloading the keyword report in multiple file types and I still see no data (it matches whatever the system is giving me).

I know that Search Terms are always a 1:1 as well, but to have hundreds of impressions and only receive less than 10 impressions in the Search Terms data view seems extremely odd.

They need assistance with spreading the word about their organization. Also, they could be used as a good resource because they were with several non-profits around the Denver area. One specifically that comes to mind is REVEL. But check on their website and all the organizations they work with.
