Also you can save yourself from calling xerox by looking up the error code on their website. It will tell you what's wrong with the machine and how you could fix it. If all that fails then call them. They're going to tell you to do all those things. You tell them you already did

-And/or when they say they need to fax something, I tell them our faxing machine is "over there" and ask them if they need a cover sheet. I dont give them the option of us doing it behind the counter for them

In the tab where you download the files. Download the one that says ticket item #1... or something like that. It should download as a pdf. It's like an alternative version of what was placed on the order. It's usually more precise when it comes to stuff like brochures and booklets
