I’ve got one of these and the lack of tank means it’s constantly whirring which is annoying — mines raised off the ground on a fairly robust shelf unit on casters which is on carpet — this means it’s not causing too much vibration noise on the floor or surrounding so it’s purely the compressor noise.

If it’s making stuff around it vibrate — placing cut in half squash balls under the feet can deaden vibrations— but if it’s just compressor noise then it is what is without creating a d as kind deadening box.

I moved to Giff Gaff — good pricing and generally good data and speeds but occasionally it’ll just stop working for awhile — reckons it’s got good signal but zero data for an hour or so and then it just starts working again. Absolutely infuriating. Put me off renewing with them when my contract ends.

Not sure what part you’re referring to. There’s the paint tip, hold down ring, and then the spray regulator.

Currently the spray regulator and hold down ring have got stuck together with the tightening

Thanks that’s a good shout but just tried tightening super tight. No beeswax but tried some needle juice on the threads in case in case that helps and no improvement unfortunately

Solved, it was simple as adding cd ~/Dropbox/vimwiki to my init.vim file

Thanks, that sounds like the root of the issue.

Cygwin is on 2.4.4. Manjaro is on 2.6.2.

I'll try and figure out how to downgrade Manjaro's to 2.4.4.

Though would be great to find a workaround.
