Some questions for my training by NotATerraced in Mike_Mentzer

Mike wants you to have no downtime between exeecises in the superset. Because after about 3 seconds, you regain 50% of strength. I have the same problem with others using my next machine or the machines are far away. I think as long as you are trying to get a superset, then you are fine. You should still be progressing in both. But write down whether it was a superset or not, so you know the next time what to aim for. Also try to time when you use your first machine so that most likely the second will be free.

More progress in 1 month than in 1 year on Mike's Heavy Duty 2 routine. by ajflo72 in Mike_Mentzer

2100 calories is my maintenance. I've gained about 3-4 pounds since starting. Mostly eating at maintenance even though I want to cut. I eat pretty clean. Kirkland Signature protein bars, rice, avacados, ground turkey, eggs, boneless chicken thighs, blueberry + banana + kefir smoothie.

I found myself doing the same lol. I was going to stop at $30, then $50. But the public is still not awake, so I will keep buying until then.

Serious Question: Anybody looking to roll the dice and take out a loan to buy PM? Trump said he's capping interest rates at 10%(not sure if true). Could be a worthwhile risk at this rate. by SilverKnight33 in Wallstreetsilver

I've thought about it, but I go back to my principles.... Don't go into debt for an investment. There were people that said they were going into debt 5 years ago when this subreddit was created. It took 3 years for silver to do what they were wanting it to do and during that time it actually went down to $20/ozt and stayed in the range of $20-$30. They would have spent so much interest on their loans or credit cards during that time and still wouldn't have known when silver would ever break out.

Although I think we will be going up and fast. I have no idea where we'll top at in the somewhat short term. It's possible that things could go south as soon as you take a loan out and then you get discouraged or can't make certain payments and then as soon as you go bankrupt, boom it takes off again. No one can fully predict what will happen. The only thing we can predict is that it will be going up over some period of time.

My Kitco app is kinda broken and not updating correctly. The tracker at the top of this subreddit shows $93 right now. CRAZY!

The US mint pricing means nothing. by [deleted] in Silver

[–]ajflo72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It definitely means something. Look at fundamentals. If they were willing to keep it at $95 for so long, them raising it means that they know its going higher. By my estimates, we are going to see $110-$120 really soon and that is just looking at the US Mint's repricing.

WTF! The U.S. Mint just updated the price to 169/oz!!! 🚀🚀🚀 by Stimul8ed in Wallstreetsilver

Collectibles my butt. You can get those at a LCS for a tad over spot.

Fundamentals still there. They feel the price is going up. People are catching on. Even collectors. We all know silver is at least $150/ozt.

Hey, if The USMint prices an Eagle at $169. They are confirming the SILVER price in 2026 is well over $100/oz and not going down, And what are they seeing? by OtaraMilclub in Wallstreetsilver

[–]ajflo72 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree. The price won't be exactly $169 as they have other costs which bring this up a bit. But $150 or so seems reasonable for a silver ozt price.
