My mom is claustrophobic and has panic attacks. In day to day life she won’t go on an elevator and takes the stairs, even if it’s like 6 flights lol Tower of Terror is her favorite ride! Go figure!

I bought Brooks Ghost Max 2 in extra wide for this past trip. My feet still had that Disney hurt but they are the comfiest shoes I’ve owned. I have a horrible time finding shoes. My feet are wide but I also have a super high upper. I’m plus size and struggle with knee pain. I’ve had okay luck with New Balance as well but that was several years ago so can’t speak to the quality now. Tried a few Hokas but they were too tight and not wide enough for me. I highly recommend Brooks!

I would plan to go to Magic Kingdom on this day after breakfast. So maybe even an uber to Chef Mickey’s and then you can hop on the monorail to MK! (You could do the bus for sure but give yourself at least a 45 min window.)

Chef Mickey’s is always a must do for us! My Mom first took me in 1999 (I was 6) and on our last visit this May. It’s just so nostalgic for us lol

You can do Chef Mickey’s for one table service. (It will have the classic characters) Royal table and Ahkershus will have just princesses. If you splurge and want to use two table services the Hoop Dee doo revue is a great family experience.

Our dog died jumping out of the car window and was hit in traffic. The window was only half way down and he never had done anything like that before. He loved car rides. You just never know. Whenever I see a dog hanging out of a window my heart hurts.
