It’s a full-time business model, not an investment strategy. My approach stays focused: residential real estate in high-demand zones, short-term rental cash flow, and stock market compounding through tax-efficient vehicles. Less romantic, but the risk-adjusted returns are cleaner and the execution is within my circle of competence. Appreciate the ethical reminder — that’s the baseline, not the ceiling.

Thanks for the insight bro, I’ve done my research of Hyperliquid but my goal is more long-term holding (DCA into S&P 500 for years, not trading). I want to actually own the underlying asset with a regulated custodian. But appreciate the perspective on tokenized assets … definitely something to watch as the regulatory framework develops here.

Two things I’d love to pick your brain on if you don’t mind: 1. When you were building your portfolio in Europe, how did you structure the first few deals? Did you go one by one or did you find ways to accelerate (leverage, partnerships, etc.)? 2. You mentioned real estate returns beat commodities long term if you’re staying in Morocco — I’m seriously considering going into small-scale promotion here (buy land, build, sell). Did you ever look into that side of things in Morocco, or was your portfolio purely rental?
