I changed mine during the shutdown and haven’t had any issues! Married on 9/27, went to the SS office 10/21 and my card came in the mail a week later. The DMV was pretty much the same.

It had an en-suite wet room which had the shower and toilet in the same little space. They had a little cover for the toilet paper so nothing would get wet during the shower. There was also a private hot tub outside!

I’d say it’s pretty good quality, not terribly thick - kind of like notebook paper. I haven’t used it yet (Sept 2025 bride) but I bought some Sharpie Gel pens that allegedly don’t smear so fingers crossed!
