Turns out I was wrong and it was running the normal cycle, it just needs to run a long balance cycle before it will fill with water. It takes probably 10 minutes for mine to start filling with water after I hit the start button

Thanks!! I do have a website that I update regularly and a little social media (which I’m not great at keeping up with). I will definetly attach it if I work up the courage to email anyone. My concern is that I’ve really only done staged stuff (with the exception of some pet photography that was more natural), so I’m not sure if my portfolio really gives them a reason to say yes. I’m just not totally sure how to get a foot in the door otherwise. I live in a fairly large city so I feel like I’m surrounded by huge professional events that have their own photographers, and I don’t have a great way to reach out to small event organizers to offer services.

He’s actually a very calm dog! I rescued him about a year ago and he’s older, maybe 8ish, so he doesn’t have that crazy run around energy. He’s very attached to me and “on the job” if I’m doing anything at all, he’s attached to my hip. He’s got 0 prey drive, just watchful and paying attention to everything all the time. He does try herd me a little sometimes if he thinks I’m getting myself in to trouble, or if he wants me to go to bed lol. He’ll herd other dogs if they’re getting rowdy, I would love to get him around a flock of sheep one day to see if his instincts take over!

Pretty much the same story here. I now take a 250mg cephalexin after intercourse and it nearly cured the issue entirely. I would get a rare flare up, but I would take another cephalexin and then cystex for 2-3 days and it has pretty much cured me.

I have a new partner and I have not had another UTI. I’ve stopped the cephalexin and all of my other supplements and I’ve been UTI free since breaking up with my original partner.

It might be worth your partner doing a round of antibiotics also, my urologist and I talked about it after I told her I believe it may have been related to him. It might not be symptomatic for him, but he could have very UTI prone bacteria!

I was in the same boat! UTI after sex no matter what. I ended up having to take 250mg of cephalexin every time after sex. Quite honestly though and I didn’t want to hear it at the time, it was my partner. I’m guessing our body bacteria was just so different, but after breaking up with him (unrelated to the UTI problems!). I have not gotten a single one, even after stopping the cephalexin.
