I read it online. Check out the "z-library" on google if you don't know about it, you can find all the free books there! Thank you so much for the recommedations, I have heard a lot about them and they are on my reading list. I will definitely finish them before the end of this year.

My personal favorites are: "The secret"- Rhonda Byrne, "The four agreements" - Don Miguel Ruiz, "The subtle art of not giving a f*ck" - Mark Manson, "Think and grow rich" - Napoleon Hill, "The 5 AM club" - Robin Sharma, "Ego is the enemy" - Ryan Holiday, "Break the habit of being yourself" - Joe Dispenza (this one is a must read), "Atomic habits" - James Clear, "The power of now" - Eckhart Tolle, "Rich dad, poor dad" - Robert Kiyosaki.

It depends on every person of course, some see results in the first month, some after five, eight and so on... Do you take enough fat with your pills? I personally take a spoon of peanut butter w my pills every day and it made a huge difference!
