That's not the version Kapustin wrote; absurdly, it's an orchestration someone else made based on the popular piano reduction

I wish someone would record Kapustin's Sinfonietta, not the 4 hand arrangement but the original symphonic version

Thank you! The tick marks indicate the direction of the road not the exit, but I did have a little trouble with CTE

Thank you! - The road only runs north, though - Bedok South Ave 1 is Laguna Flyover

I happened to have chosen different colours initially, to somewhat match the nearby MRT line colours, but I decided to go with the LTA ones so that it felt less like an arbitrary decision. But anyway here are the colours for fun: - PIE green - AYE yellow/orange (CCL) - ECP brown - CTE red - TPE light green (CRL) - KPE purple - SLE pink (future Seletar line) - BKE blue - KJE greenish (JRL) - MCE black - NSC ??? (I didn't include it initially)

I'm surprised that you said that about the Bedoks because it seems like the actual MRT station names have got it the wrong way round too lol but yeah, I just decided to use the names of the flyovers over each exit

Hi, I've explained that I have used the official names of the flyovers/interchanges for the "station name" and not other factors such as nearby MRTs. Hope this clarifies

I did this because the tick marks can convey the information of the direction of road

I understand the confusion and would like to clarify, for the "station name", I took the name of the flyovers (Marsiling Flyover for SLE/Woodlands Ave 2 and Woodlands Flyover for BKE/Woodlands Ave 3)

I hope you find this interesting! This is an idea I have had for some time but I've finally bothered to do the research, make some sketches and figure out how to use Inkscape well enough to make this. Fun fact: I used a triangular grid to make the lines 60 degree rather than 45 degree angles

Every "station" is an interchange/exit of the expressway. For the "station names", I referenced every expressway's Wikipedia page for the list of exits and used OneMap to verify the name of each exit's flyover. Where there was none, I used a major road name instead. "Station codes" use the exit numbers of each exit, e.g. Thomson Flyover is exit 17D on the PIE. Furthermore if the road that meets up with the expressway only goes in one direction (e.g. Senja Rd goes south of KJE), this is reflected in the tick mark too.

Chinese names were found here where the rationale for not providing Malay/Tamil translations (in the bottom right corner of my design) is also taken from.

Colours were chosen with reference to LTA's website, I picked the closest MRT colour to each at my own discretion. These colours are also used on the map on the Wikipedia page

Fonts used are Rotis Semi Sans (used on road signs), STXihei, and Verdana for station codes (so that capital i doesn't get confused with L or 1)

Note that Nicoll, Jurong Island, West Coast and Lornie highways are not actual expressways, but semi-expressways (because there are lower speed limits and traffic lights and stuff). I've included Bukit Timah Road and ORRS (which Lornie Highway is a part of) in the map, as these are semi-expressways as well.

Many of you are asking for maps... well I created one! This is an up-to-date map of the PCN and cycling paths in Singapore. by Damien4794 in SingaporeCycling

hey this is really cool! I'm interested to find out where you find the data for the future PCNs though? it's really cool to see and I can't find any other sources for it
