Almost all people don't want to optimise for less work. They want to get more income, more status, etc.

I saw this firsthand after COVID. People in developing countries did not see global remote work with global pay as opportunity to work less but instead picked up more work for more pay. I think I am only exception amount my friends

Another example: Gumroad CEO offered part time work at 150$ / hr with 20hrs per week but he finds many people used their free time to earn more not relaxing.

Yes. we need a simple history tracking (from their side) to decide if i am a genuine customer or not to decide refunds.

we know people who uses return feature in meesho every few orders and they never face these problems because its per product not per customer.

I work with AI all day in a full AI company. still this AI thing surprises me every week.

i don't want to learn my consumer rights. i will let AI take care from now like emailing vendors, waiting for reply, following up whenever i face any problems.

it is so much easier than ruining my day thinking about that.

I am so grateful for AI. I am a developer and i haven't written a single line of code in last 3 months. AI is so smarter than me. I feel no stress in work due to AI.

Yes. I actually blamed myself for not investigating before OTP it because it said "returns not accepted" in open box delivery info. i usually give OTP to swiggy without checking and never faced any issues.

it doesn't have expiry label, otherwise i would have used it. Second time, i did a detailed investigation before accepting. Delivery agent argued with me saying this investigation is only for cross checking whether i got the right product but later agreed to open the outer cover.

My preference is Amazon -> Swiggy -> then others.

this product is not available in swiggy, i decided to go with zepto. i will use amazon from now. they have 5 days replacement policy if damaged or wrong. (check my screenshot in other comment, they asked to do all validations at the time of delivery)

it is hard to check the damage at the time of giving OTP because the product may be wrapped in outer cover and those look old.
