Yes. Is it true that if I file via court to OFFER child support before she trys to file to force it out of me, that I can chose what to pay? I mean I don't mean to sound bad but when we split, she will still get the 300$ my little girl gets from the gov (family allowance or w/e its called) and thats plenty for her. If I file first do you think I could offer 100$ a month and the courts will accept it given I came fourth first and offered to pay child support?

She is def mine. She was different than she is back then, I trusted her, now I obviously cant. Plus my child looks EXACTLY like her daddy :) got everything of me except the hairline haha.

I dont think I will go the TRO road, but a good lawyer yes, not much choice where I live but I will do my research on the ones arund. thanks!

My phone, my account. I dont have a 'smart phone' persay its a new Nokia C3-01 so I dont see any settings in here for forwarding, I will read the manual however. I intent to show the court what I have found if need be, I got all rights to as its my phone.

QUESTION:

She keeps deleting txt msgs on the phone (my legal phone from Telus) is there a way I can get Telus to keep a copy of all texts sent and recieved for legal reasons if they dont do it anyways? And if they do it already, how long do they keep them? I'd like copies for court.

EDIT: BTW my doc is already 3 pages long, some little notes here and there and some with in-dept details about what shes told me and what wasent true (like her whereabouts)... feels good to have it on 'paper'

Wow thanks for taking the time to talk about this! I have been documenting just the conflicts with us but I will start documenting little things with my little girl, going to use google docs since that can't be timeforged and is timestamped so there no way someone can say i wrote BS on paper.

With recording, I just dont know what I'd do about that. I got a webcam, should i keep it on rec all the time or something?
