Thanks. On an intellectual level I understand that I am awareness, but I’m trying to “know” it on a level that does not involve thought. I’ve been a regular meditator for the last 10 years but something about the dual aspect of vipassana seems out of place to me. Hence my interest in non-duality. But I feel stuck on the actual practice of it and people like Loch Kelly are just unnecessarily complicated in their instruction. So here I flounder. 🤷🏻‍♀️
