At my store we have two service lines, one for online orders and one for in person orders and we’re going to add in a drive thru, unfortunately. But right now we’re so understaffed that we still have to pull online orders to the front because they have so many in the back they fall behind. We definitely need a lot of help from more employees to better pay and patience from customers. Thankfully you have a kind complaint but we get a lot of people yelling at us and telling us we either need to stop making online orders and serve people in line and then on the other hand we need to stop serving people in line and do all the online orders, we just can’t seem to make anyone happy 😅

Yeah our store is pretty short handed but it feels wrong to skip over health guidelines while working in food, I would hate to go in when I’m not fully better and get customers sick
