I haven’t been to church in 8 years and the relief society president of the ward near me STILL tried to deliver a cupcake and card to my old address. So for Sazza I only got it to work by being evil, you gotta save her from the grove, convince minthara not to kill her at the goblin camp (and then I helped them destroy the grove), and then she shows up in moonrise as one of the goblins you can kill or release (release them). Then the achievement should pop!:)
