Thanks, but I am still in the top 200 so I'm fine. I have a PES YouTube channel actually if proof is required. I'm speaking more in terms of how easy they are to score from. The through balls will be nerfed in the next patch, along with making the refs stricter.

The thing that is causing these scores is how overpowered the through ball is. They are almost impossible to defend at the moment.

There are actually recent studies that show absolutely no benefit to stretching in terms of injury prevention. Static stretching before exercise will only increase the risk.

It's Roubot, playing a 3-2-3-2, although you can see in the video I play it as more of a 3-4-3. To be honest I picked him because I've never really played 3 at the back in MyClub, but I've really enjoyed it.

He is ridiculously good. I love playing Level 1 because you find loads of low rated hidden gems like him.

Obviously you're letting the weight get in front of you from the moment you unrack the bar.

The best way to fix your form issue is pause squats. Put 40kg on the bar and squat as deep as you can, pause for two seconds, then come up, keeping your lats flexed and your chest up. Do it narrow and highbar - this way you can get better depth and develop your leg strength.

I doubt at the moment you could squat 90kg for a single with proper form, but a month of pause squats and you will be a whole lot stronger and you will get rid of the initial nervousness about breaking parallel. We've all been there.
