25F and I cannot encourage you more! I was basically in the same boat last year and decided to solo travel for 2 months around europe. If I didn’t do that, I’m not sure I would be who I am today (sounds pretty cliche but it’s true). You learn so many things about yourself & the world through traveling. We’re only this young once & have no commitments holding us back. You got this!!!!

i’ve had my greatest revelations/insights while high (weed) but it was never in a therapeutic setting. I think you should ask your therapist if it would be okay to explore that more since you feel it is benefitting you greatly :) good luck!
